Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 2-4 weeks to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL DELIVERY:

During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the “continue to shipping” button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Athens, Greece. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders placed within Greece will be delivered within 3-6 weeks.

Orders most of the time need 2-4 weeks for construction and completion until shipment.

Standard shipping:

USA : 2 – 4 weeks

Europe : 1 – 4 weeks

Australia and New Zealand : 6 – 7 weeks

Asia : 3 – 5 weeks

delays might occur depending on the period i.e christmas etc. 

express shipping:

USA: 7 – 12 days

Europe : 3 – 8 days

Australia and New Zealand : 12 – 20 days

Asia : 10 – 12 days

Customs and import taxes

Charges may apply in your country’s customs depending on the laws and regulations of your country, for any of these charges that may apply we are not responsible for.

General Shipping info:

Orders are generally shipped within 2-4 weeks using ELTA the Greek national postal services and the packages are handled and delivered from your country national mail services i.e. USPS for the USA, Canada National Post service for Canada, Royal Mail for the UK or any national post service for any country worldwide. Flat rate shipping fee is around $50-100$ for most items but it’s calculated in the price so there isn’t any other charge besides the price you see. Delivery to your home address after shipment is around 2-4 weeks but there might be delays depending on the period i.e christmas etc. So altogether around 1-1.5 months from the time you place your order. Our work is custom made and handmade so please be patient and check the tracking number regularly. Sometimes tracking is not updated until the time it enters customs or before it gets delivered. So don’t worry if you don’t see movement for a while. Packages with tracking number cant be lost but if your package is delayed beyond 1.5 month altogether (which is normal) let us know and we will file a search warrant.

Return and refund

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.  

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at craftworks.furniture@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Depending on the damage, your order will either be replaced by a new item, a correction kit will be sent to you or you will get a partial  refund. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
